Goya Hillwood land detailed planning permission in Park Royal.

Goya Hillwood are delighted to announce we’ve just obtained a detailed consent to enable us to speculative build a 72,000 sq ft warehouse in the heart of Park Royal next to Asda. We’re in the process of going out to tender with a view to starting on site over the next few months.

This not so little cherub has 15 metre eaves and can be seen very clearly from the nearby A40!
