Goya Hillwood buy Guildford super prime site

We’ve just added another one to the roster… buying a few acres at the front of Guildford Business Park with an existing planning consent to build out 3 speculative warehouse units totalling over 70,000 sq ft, and a Gross Development Value of over £75m. Starting on site Q3 25!
